Runa looked at Kasandra. "Now if you noticed this isn't a pair. It's a Trio. After all your Cat can be counted for something, can't he?" Her voice was calm, and confident, letting Kasandra know that she won't back down.

This girl wasn't giving up, was she? I stared her down. I'd been on adventures with people before, don't get me wrong. But it was one of those events where you didn't have any choice. Either that or it was unspoken, an understanding that we were companions. At least until we got what we were looking for.
"What makes you so sure I'm even on an adventure anyway?" I probed her, crossing my arms and tilting my head lightly to the side.
Runa looked sarcasticly at her. "Oh, that's exactly why your taking time off your busy scheduale to talk to me and be an escort to the inn." She said bored and yet mocking voice. "Besides why not? Even workholicks must have a vacation once in a while...or they'll go mad!" Runa yelled the last part as she started spining in the grass with her hands spred widely. Why did she think that will hurt me?

I really hoped she was just trying to annoy me, teasing me or whatever. I rolled my eyes, brushing past her. "Not likely," I mumbled.
"I'll lead," I said, an image of a map of Forinasi flashing through my mind; the Velas mountains were to the north, about a few days walk. Between Velas and Mulosia there was a slight gap of about half a day, so we'd be walking through plains and forest mostly. Perfect.

I trugged through the tall grass, the darkness surrounding me, reminding me I had visited Mulosia to relax, not go on some stupid adventure with a stranger.
The rain was slowly dripping to a stop, the clouds dried up and dropped their last. Cat apparently relished in this fact, crawling out of his pack and making his way onto my shoulder in his usual spot. I tilted my head on my neck, leaning into him for a moment.
Runa fallowed Kasandra, looking around and trying to memorize all of the places that they were going through. There was a possability she'll need to go back by these roads... Her hair was getting wet and chilly, but at last the rain stoped. With the end she saw the cat getting onto Kasandra's shoulder happily. Looks like he has a place where he belongs. Runa thought with a sad smile, how ever she quickly covered it up with a facinated and intrested one. Kasandra probly didn't see that since she and the cat where ahead.
