Name: Perro
Race: Werebeast
Age: 25
Gender: male
Favorite/Best Power(s): Shapeshifting. Perro takes the form of a large, reddish brown dog with the head almost resembling a fox's. In his dog form, he can easily overpower a human given his size (from the tip of his nose to his tail, he's about as long as a grown man). He also heals quickly (not as fast as Vampires can regenerate, but faster than a human) and fights very well in hand to hand combat. Weapons are rarely (almost never) used.
Mate/Spouse: none
Family/Ancestry: Perro is a werebeast of pure blood. By pure blood, though, it also means inbreeding. His parents were both slaves of a family from the Nox line, both from the same family (cousins), and both partly insane due to inbreeding. What the female bore was no different from her and her husband. Perro was a slave at birth, destined to protect and serve his masters.
Titles/Affiliations: He is sworn to serve those of the Nox bloodline.
Personality: Perro is extremely laid-back, cheerful. He posses a very strange and morbid sense of humor. He could also be described as fearless, but that is perhaps only because he's insane. Pain really doesn't bother him, even at an agonizing level. He's used to it. A bit masochistic and submissive, Perro has unwavering loyalty towards those he respects. He values friendship, but would rather have a master. He is drawn towards people with strong character, charisma, power, intelligence and, overall, a dictator's personality. Despite the submission towards a master, Perro is very proud of himself and would not let anyone he considers 'great' to push him around.
Physical Description:
Tall and ragged, Perro looks a bit like a street rat. Which he technically is at the moment. He has long limbs and a seemingly lean frame but with muscles wrapped around his limbs like ropes. He dresses in open vests and rolled up pants, both of which look worn. Bushy, dirty-blonde hair grows past his shoulders and is almost never combed. From beneath the short curtain of hair in front of his face are golden eyes with slits for pupils. His features are angular, with a small, pinched nose and wide mouth in a perpetual, feral grin. Instead of fangs, Perro has rows of sharp teeth.
History:
The family he served were abusive, yes. They were selfish, sadistic psychopaths, but they were very intelligent. Especially young master Vandamir. The boy was Perro's god; the werebeast's entire life revolved around him. Master Van would hit him sometimes, but he was mostly forgiving of Perro's mistakes. Perro wouldn't care if he was beaten everyday, though. He was born to serve and protect, and by the gods he would. Even if Van would end up killing him, Perro would probably thank his master for it. 'Course, it was much better to die protecting his master, which he did a lot. Protecting, I mean.
Perro was basically a shield for Master Van. Belonging to a family of psychopaths meant making enemies, and assassinations came often. Also, there were the damned authorities. Perro would gladly slaughter everyone who was a threat to his young master, and sustain injuries with pride. He was trained to be the best that he could, and Perro's only motivation to get stronger was his master. The killings became more frequent when Vandamir turned into a teen, which was when he started following in his father's footsteps. During this time, it was Perro who simply watched while Vandamir caused pain to others, and the werebeast only marveled at the master's genius.
It was a sick but beautiful life for Perro, but all that would come to an end when Count Vandamir Nox suddenly had an uprising on his hands. The peasants of the village he reigned in stormed his manor, killing slaves and nobles alike. Perro mowed down a good number of peasants on his own, but in the fray he'd lost his Master Vandamir. The slave survived the attack, but after that he couldn't find his master. He couldn't find the young man's scent among the dead in that manor, so he figured his master was still alive. Where, though, was a big question. With Van missing, who should he serve now?
