The history of Forinasi has not been a happy one, for sure. The legacy of evil kings has been felt well by the common people throughout the years, but it seems this has come to a sudden, and pleasant, end. The King was murdered , assassinated, and it is rumored that the assassination was set up by his own daughter, though details have been kept from the general public. All this news has been accepted with great joy, though, and for the first time ever a Queen has risen to rule over the land.
Assuming the throne is Queen Isandra, the cousin of our dear dead king. The Revenge began their celebration soon after, pulling back their spies from the castle and lowering their guard. This has, unfortunately, brought horrible consequences upon them. The wizard Waefae has risen up, over taking the Revenge and killing all members who have resisted. He is currently on a man hunt for all remaining members, wanting to wipe the old Sanguine Revenge from the face of Forinasi. He has since renamed it the Blood Revenge.
Queen Isandra has not looked kindly on this, and now she must manage her defenses and the expansion of Forinasi. The land has been divided into three lands; The Moonrise Isle for the Queen and the common creatures, the Twilight Realm for things of the darker nature, and the Cerulean Path which hold the "free" lands.
Waefae has made plans, though. He has heard the legend of the great jewels, stones which held greater powers and almost enslaved the entire land. They were broken long ago, shattered by the great heroes who rose to save the land. But, it is said the fragments of the jewels were spread across Forinasi, which makes you wonder what exactly happened to them.
Waefae has already found one of these fragments, using its limited power to better control the minds of his followers. And, as luck would have it, Queen Isandra’s necklace hold of fragment of the Jewel of Well Being, giving her a small ability to heal. There are many other fragments, and other jewels, still hidden in the world of Forinasi, though. Still missing are pieces of the Jewel of Malady, and the Jewel of Transformation. Who will find these pieces, and, more importantly, how will they be used?
And, lastly, to top of this great change Forinasi has gone through, a mysterious group calling themselves the Grey Company have risen through the mist, their actions, goals, and desires shrouded in mystery.
So now there is a decision all Forinasians must make. Do you join the Queen’s army, showing her your support? Do you fall in with Waefae, backing his goal of taking the throne? Or, do you support the Grey Company, and discover for yourself what exactly they’re up to?
